The Coalition for Sustainable Flood Insurance (CSFI) has released its NFIP reauthorization policy platform, in response to the October 2025 government shutdown and lapse of the NFIP. CSFI’s priorities include a means-tested affordability program, a third-party review of Risk Rating 2.0, and a study on expanding participation.
